Market Radius Clause *

I understand that by participating in the Huntsville Flea I will not be permitted to setup and sell at any local vintage market within 25 miles of The Huntsville Flea within 7 days before or 7 days after the event date. This is done to insure success for all vendors at the market and to make sure we are providing the best possible experience and items to shoppers.

Hold Harmless Agreement *

My business, persons, LLC, or sole proprietorship referred to as “Vendor”, agrees and undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless The Huntsville Flea, Cherries, LLC, Visualized, Inc., and their agents, servants, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of the owner, its agents, contractors or employees. “Vendor” also acknowledges that The Huntsville Flea, Cherries, LLC, Visualized, Inc., do not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any property of “Vendor” used or brought on market premises and that “Vendor” will take whatever steps it deems necessary to protect the same.
